How to reset the operating system on Blackberry Q10 and Z10

When you have problems, unfortunately, you need to reset the operating system of BlackBerry Q10 and Z10.
The process is very simple and it requires a Windows PC, Blackberry Links (which you can download it at this link ) and a USB connection cable mini-USB.
How to reset the operating system with BlackBerry LINK (simple method)
  1. Connect the device to the PC via USB-MicroUSB
  2. Open the BlackBerry LINK
  3. Go to Settings
  4. Click “Reload” under the heading “Charging device software”
  5. Follow the instructions on the screen to reload the device
  6. Then, disconnect the device
How to reset the operating system with Internet Explorer (advanced) only for advanced users
  1. Make sure that no processes are open (LINK or Desktop Software) in the background on your PC (it is recommended to reboot the PC before you start!)
  2. Make sure that there are no BlackBerry device connected to the PC (including the one we are to restore)
  3. With Internet Explorer, go to the page BlackBerry.com/updates and scroll down until you find the blue button “Check for Updates”
  4. Connect the BlackBerry device 10
  5. Press and hold the power button for 10 seconds and turn off the device
  6. Turn on the device
  7. On the pc comes into view a dialog box showing the caption USB: UNKNOWN or USB: BlackBerry (PIN) (both are ok)
  8. As soon as the “OK” button becomes active, click as quickly as possible (you have only few seconds to do it)
  9. Once you have completed the previous step, you will see a dialog box that says “Checking for BlackBerry Device Software updates”
  10. The device will automatically turn off after about two minutes. After a few seconds you’ll see the phone’s LED turn green
  11. Wait until you are prompted to install the software on the device and follow the instructions to complete the install
  12. Then, disconnect the device
Any damage will be solely attributable to its own responsibilities or bugs inherent in the software involved in the recovery process. However, these procedures in most of the cases are successful, it is due to the many tests that must pass to be officially published by the airlines.

The telco which has been planning to rollout 4G LTE services for quite some time now, but was constrained due to the available spectrum of 5MHz not being adequate for both 2G voice and 4G data.
